What if I need someone physically here?

We are a remote-first firm, which means we solve 98% of issues instantly, without the travel time. We can be inside your server before a technician could even start their car.

For the 2% of issues that require physical hands (hardware failure, fire, flood), we dispatch field agents from our local roster. We control the digital perimeter from the cloud; we handle the physical perimeter on demand.

Are long term contracts required?

Stability requires time. We cannot architect a fortress in a month. Therefore, we operate on 12-month agreements.

However, we do not believe in holding hostages. Every agreement includes a 'Happiness Clause.' If we fail to deliver on our promise and cannot rectify it within 30 days, you are free to leave without penalty. We want you to stay because we are effective, not because you are trapped.

Does the price change?

A system is only as safe as its last update. We take over the burden of the 'Update Pending' notification. We rigorously test and deploy security patches in the background, ensuring your fortress walls are always solid without interrupting your workday.
